I pay for Sky multi room and am in dispute with them at the moment. They are trying to say that my multi room box is not connected to the phone line and are charging me quite a lot more for it. If my multi room box is turned off as it is a lot of the time would it read to them that it is not connected?

If I can't sort this out I will be cancelling multi room but don't want to do that as it is handy when the grandchildren are here.
