I think you must when you've got children. It's not just about who you will leave your possessions to, it's about who the children will live with, what happens to your house etc.
Ours covers all eventualities.........him going before me, me going before him or us both going together.

thats a good point, i should make one to say where the kids will live but i cant actually think of anyone i would like them to live with with
