I didn't view them and have never been through that archway to the yard.
The agent's ad said that a parking space was provided so I presumed that is where the parking is.
Many years ago, before those new houses were built opposite, my gran lived in a 'back to back' next to the railway line - not really an ideal place to live.
I recall that building was once occupied by an electrical contracting business.
Whoever has spent a lot of money making those flats nice is not likely to get a buyer who will occupy, but rental income is likely, if the rent is set a bit more modestly to account for the undesirable location.
