If you do a full system scan you should be ok. I think it is more annoying than anything else as it gets everywhere!! It is classified as low risk iirc. In your original post you mentioned your AV was going crazy but it seems to have been moving it to quarentine too so don't worry too much - the AV is dealing with it.
You should be ok with facebook as your not sending it anywhere and there will be parameters in place for that occurence at their end.
