I get the feeling that many people across the
world would say they no longer feel safe regardless of where they live. Guns are everywhere these days, as are knifes, as are bad people.
I wouldn't consider Accrington to be such an unsafe place to be at night. Just use common sense as you would wherever you are at whatever time of day.
If I knew someone with an unlicensed gun, I would be a little worried about why they have it. I would consider reporting to police, depending on how close this person was to me, if they where a friend I would try to talk them into getting rid(or ask to borrow it and go have some fun, oops did I really type that
), but fortunately I don't have any friends that would have an unlicensed gun, I don't think.
