What precisely does this mean? Lack of individual ability? Lack of cohesion? Lack of positional awareness? Lack of tactical nous? Lack of basic footballing skills (passing, ball control etc)? More importantly, how is this problem of a lack of quality (whatever it may be) going to be addressed?

Furthermore, to say that we need to be more ruthless in front of goal is ignoring a major part of the problem. Firstly we need to be actually in front of goal before we can be ruthless!
