I think when he is telling the young girl to duck down when she was in his car as well as telling her that if she tells anyone his kids will go into care clearly this is a very manipulative man. As far as I am concerned he is a child molester and obviously knew what he was doing was wrong.
And as far as the discussion regarding young girls looking older than what they are sex with a minor is sex with a minor. That's why it is a good idea to get to know your sexual partners first instead of meeting in a club, having sex and then asking the important question like how old are you, and that goes both ways.
