I have to block users from accessing sites like facebook / youtube at work. As a work around to this or any other sites you can use a proxying site to by-pass restrictions, e.g:
Proxy Site, Myspace Proxy, Proxy, Facebook Proxy, Proxies.....
...and yes - I also block them aswell. Mwhahaha...
