I think there is a big difference between someone who claims benefits and works cash in hand 40 hours a week compared to someone who does the old job for £20 for someone. Same thing goes for someone doing the odd job and not declaring it to the tax man if they are working.
At a place I used to work a lad got sacked for being off on the sick while working for someone else plastering a house. Turns out is was the General Manager from works house
