Does anyone have a map which has the local rivers/streams/brooks marked on and named?

I met someone last night who referred to something as the River Hyndburn and yet later the same evening someone else called that particular stretch of water Woodnook Water. Considering a lot of the Hyndburn is built over I find it confusing knowing which bit is which and where it goes to and comes from. It would be useful to see it all named properly on a map.
