We always get our sausages from David at Ossy Mills. We go about 2-3 times a year and fill a small section of the freezer with lots of different types. We have had the Cypriot ones today with some mash and onion gravy, they were delicious.
The Beef and Horseradish, Venison and Merlot and Old English are lovely and contain much more meat than any that you will buy in the supermarkets.
