IN respect of a good sausage, I used to go to Keswick twice a year with 2 huge cool boxes and bring back 30lb of Cumberland from a butcher there. My Mum had been going for nearly 40 years. His sausages were quite simply amazing. full coarse mince, lovely spicing, no silly breacrumbs etc, just a good honest sausage.
Then the sod went and emigrated to Oz, TBH if he was still making them I'd be tempted to get some sent back they were that good!
