She had ignored the warning signs recently put up saying dont walk up/down the ramps.

I had just turned to go up the ramp and had to abruptly stop, a car was behind me. She panicked and started to walk backwards. She tripped over her walking stick and come a right cropper on the floor. I couldnt get out to help her up as i was too close to the wall to open my door. She was struggling to get up and when she did she was very disorientated. A younger lady eventually came to her aid.

This lady must have been in her late 70's. I managed to park up and searched high and low for the lady but couldnt find her. If anybody has a relative and you find out she has had a fall in the Arndale can you please let me know how she is.
