Not sure Kate, it's an extension of Thorneyholme Road I suppose, the land on either side is County Council owned, but enough traffic uses it and the Lions Bonfire down there is always a draw, albeit a bit treacherous with the potholes and no lighting!
Just adds to the atmosphere!
