i watched that n the M.P. interviewed said they are notified as soon as they are absent from college, but whats the answer? it beats the hell out of me

ya cannot possibly keep tabs on every individual that enters the country. yet these who vanish are then "LOST"

the only way i can see to prevent this is STOP anyone entering from abroad. n thats not practical.
