My body clock is totally out of sync.
It is all to do with seratonin and melatonin production in my body.
In the past year I have gone from a sleep cycle of-
2hours sleep and 2hours awake, to
sleeping 3 chunks of 6hrs, 2hrs, 1hr.
I don't mind when I sleep as long as it can be one chunk of 7 or 8 (please)
