I think its Blackburn, even though i live in accrington.
For once, there's less crime, even tho Khawers dad, the council, has tried to bring crime rates down.
There's better transport, i.e. bus companies.
Its a far more developed town.
Its economically and industrially better.

Bit of a strange post for your first one, didn't even test the water first, for my part the only thing good about Blackburn is the Rovers, you can keep it for me otherwise, and if you live in Accy but think Blackburn is better feel free to sod off and don't come back
