Was the uninstall don with the modem still in because if not it does not uninstall properly as I found out to my cost. Once done while in it should go back to factory settings.

i keep doing the 'snooze' thing too spug, cant remember but i think he took it out when he uninstalled it...if you hear anything from 3, let me know...thanx for all that
