I am not vegetarian but at least I can say I tried it for a few years.
We do not come off a production line of a 'people maker'.
Metabolism varies between people in subtle ways and
one way as spouted by medics and nutritionists will not work for
all people.
Every person is responsible for their own health, so why rely
solely on a doc who doesn't know you as well as you do?
You are showing a model T Ford mentality.
