Sure you meant transexual Margaret, which would soon be obvious to all and sundry if a new gender were obtained.

Most people with medical conditions always tell friends, relations, etc., no matter how intimate, and eventually spreads out to the whole of a neighbourhood ... so our own worst enemy really. Look at your goodself, we already know a great deal of the health of your body.

Go in any doctor's surgery, they meet someone they know, and within a few minutes are telling each other why they are there. People love to talk about their illnesses. The records are there already, on the grapevine.
