Mancie, I am 62 years old....there were no TV's or home computers when I was growing up......like many others on here I lived a life, played out.
My parents took care to try make sure that I was safe...but safety was different then, they educated us about dangers......you fell in a lodge, and you swam or drowned.....yes we went on the railway lines, but I am still here to talk about it.
Far different times.
I was talking about the fact that children can access TV through a laptop...which is portable, so while the child may not have a TV or computer in their bedroom......they may take their laptop into the privacy of their room to view what ever they like...no watershed on computers, so they can access stuff that their parents may feel is inappropriate....somehow you seem to have missed my point. Never mind.
