yeah until you need medical attention or will it be a private ambulance that takes you to hospital lol
wether or not your with bupa if you have an accident its gonna be a NHS ambulance that carts you off to hospital and NHS nurses and doctors that stop your internal bleeding etc
or you could get a taxi to your nearest private hospital between the hours of 9am and 5pm and pray it isnt a golf day for the doctor
