They are manipulating weather.
These are pics of the site of a 'so called' telescope in Holland named Lofar.
It seems to be having the same purpose as the HAARP project in Alaska ie. climate manipulation for whatever suits their purpose at the time.
The funny cloud pattern in the last pic shows that there is more going on than stargazing.
