rspca and teh dog warden which shoudl have a weekend number for reprting strays at the weekend
when my sons dog went missing i managed to get hold of somone at weekends from teh council but it was a different council so i dunno if HBC have numbers but the rspca may have them
also ring local police they may have reorted it missing there too
