No exemptions Less (except civil servants and M.P.'s)...statutory retirement age is 65 years for most companies... if you wish to work on any longer than this, you have to apply to your employers to do so. They are within their rights to say 'no .... sod off' without redundancy ...

No offence, but thought he was much older than this. Still, how many employers would take someone on in an influential position at the age of, what he will be next year, 60 ? Not many.
