for years and years I hated them,
then I started working in teh restaurant trade and found that actually I just hated well done meat. Give me a bloody rare roast of Sirloin and I'll scoff teh lot!
Chicken I quite like but needs flavour adding with herbs etc.
Pork must have good crackling but then must still be juicy.
lamb I don't mind but its Julies favourite. I can decide if I prefer it quick and rare or very long and slow cooked.
now I quite like a roast dinner but only if I've done it and I know its too my liking.
