It was too hot to cook today.
I had Parma ham with melon and watercress, accompanied by chunks of home made brioche dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
I juiced 3 apples and a pear as an appetiser.
All light food - but all organic - when you don't eat much it needs to be good stuff with no 'packing'.
