There is nothing obnoxious about asking how you work three jobs over the weekend. Very few employers are willing to take on people for just a few hours because the paperwork just isn't worth it, or the training.
Plus you need to have a life as well. Presumably she is working the weekend because she is in education during the week.
I just don't see the benefit to it. You would struggle to get a highly paid graduate job without the evidence of getting the work/life balance right, and they expect you to show you know how to fit in fun activities into your schedule too.
It's just hard to see where the balance lies in that sort of lifestyle, and I was curious to know how she finds the balance. Is there something wrong with being curious to see how that can be done?
