Firstly, you could have congratulated the girl on her enterprise and then the question would not have sounded like the second statement that you make.....which is what I took the question to mean......that must've been your thought too(or you would not have written it)......and if you can work out how she does it, then why ask the question????
Just asking.

Praise that someone has three jobs?
I used to have a friend in Accy who considered himself to have several jobs. One of them was being a drug dealer.
I'm not entirely sure there is something to praise in having three jobs. It could potentially be stupid if you are studying at the same time, as the recommended hours of work for a student is no more than 16 hours. As MY job is to discourage things like excessive work alongside studies, I don't think I should just throw out praise without knowing the full facts.
It's like that woman who got done for stealing from the PTA at St Mary's. She used to sell home made cards to the kids for, for example, Mother's Day with £1 coins taped in. Now that would be a praiseworthy act, but in retrospect, it was probably from the money she stole. So certainly not worthy of praise.
I don't think for a moment that this young lady does anything illegal or unethical, but I'd be wrong to assume that and just praise her regardless. I could be praising her for doing something I think should be discouraged, and that would be far worse than simply asking her about her schedule.
