Agree totally Bernie ... haven't changed my mind since the last time we discussed. Then was only the 16 year olds, but hey, 11 year olds, totally out of order.

It's ok to say, "well if they want to spend this money then let them" but no youngster wishes to be out of step with the others, most are still in the 'sheep status' at this age (except Blazey .. LOL). Looking at the dresses for the 16 year olds, suspect none have cost less than £100 and will never be worn again. Half of them look a little like pantomime dames anyway in these over the top evening dresses (now I'm in trouble).

Not too bad for the lads .... usually hire an evening suit at a much lower cost.

It's not just another name for a leaving do .. has specked up so to speak. At least when it was just a leaving disco, could wear less formal clothes that you could go out on the town in on a Saturday night ... not like these dresses.
