Of course I wouldn't. I'd be even less happy if I'd degenerated into the sort of person who tars an entire race with the same brush if it did happen.
I've had many Eastern Europeans through the door, and one Romany couple in twice (to try and sell me stuff) and done one travellers wedding. I've not suffered any losses through theft yet.
As a race, they tend to drive a hard bargain, though. I've certainly suffered a break-even or a minimal profit, but that's not quite the same.
