Couldn't agree more Bernie, I raised that on here after my last visit, on 11th May, when I subsequently ended up with an infection, which (touch wood) I've just got rid of. During my 2hr in the clinic I didn't see hand gel used once. On the other hand every time my community matron attends my home she never fails to use gel the minute she takes her coat of. I think it was a priority at one time, then people just forget and carry on as before.
