Well done for spotting it Bernie, at least you did not spend your time with your head up your backside pretending all is rosy in our hospitals.

Did you notice anything else that was done wrong?

What about neglecting to clean beds before a new patient moves into it?
I bet you Doc wore a wrist watch, many do and you can't wash your hands properly with a wrist watch or long shirt sleeves on.
