Re: Cholesterol
When I saw the Doctor for the first time ( I'am in my early fifty's thought I should see a doctor for a health check never had a regular docter just saw doctors for the odd sick note if I had a sniffle ) he sent me for various blood test, thats when I Got the high cholesterol reading. Now from this first meeting he has determined that I need to take these cholesterol tablets.I even went to the chemist and bought them.He has given me a month than I have further blood test. My plan is I'am not going near these Tablets, just going to make a few diet changes, eat fish oil tablets like lollies,then have the test and see if there's any change.I hoping my cholesterol gone down, and he say's the tablets or working.to be quite honest I don't trust the accuracy of the test. I won't be taking the tablets whatever the result.but I need to find out if diet changes can do anything for me.
I'am also a vegetarian and he told my my sugar is up slightly he suggested I don't he pasta and rice gee's I might has well just pack up and Die.
