I feel sad that Dorothy did not win this seat as was definitely voted on National Issues, and not which candidate could prove the most useful at this time. Cannot bring myself to congratulate Judith, as was not due to her capabilties itself, however, that is probably a little unfair and, hopefully, being new to the council, she will throw herself into the job with great alacrity ... so will wish her best of luck.
Unfortunately kate this is what happens in local elections, it was exactly the same for the Tories back in the mid nineties when we lost councillors on the alter of national politics, so excuse me if I don't feel any sorrow for Dorothy what so ever, you pays your money and you plays your cards, pity Labour have a bloody bad dealer at the moment and yo've also got to remember that we are a tad proctorial here in Ossy
