What does 'proctorial' mean .. no, not being sarcatic, just can't understand what word you should have typed.
It's amazing isn't it that this part of Lancashire was very Labour supported due to the workers suffering under other governments, and now times have changed ... probably because we haven't as many manufacturing industries so need for any party to support the working man's cause.
Just one complaint about the Conservative leader at the moment ... wish he would get his blooming adenoids seen to ... LOL.
