Re: Do you feel harrased?
Its a dodgy game to play and you can end up detained but released with no charge. I think really he should have turned off the camera when asked with todays laws, there are plenty on YT that show a different outcome. For me its more a film of what happens when people have some authority, oh! and a sour faced woman not quite getting her own way, she is very quick to get her phone out even though her partner is on the case already and has a go at winding him up. The film is from 2006 i think so things will have changed somewhat, the anti terrorism bill is an all encompassing "you are all guilty" package, even warning them he is filming wouldnt suffice as in the cctv scenario, a sign in the window "you are being filmed" used to be ok. Recently on the G20 protests in London the police where confiscating cameras, if you where lucky they tried to delete the shots on the spot, if not you lost your camera, but would we have seen the police brutality if the public had no cameras? Its a difficult job for them to do in todays world, i wouldnt want to do it, not everyone on a protest is there to protest, but are we all ready for a police state, i know i'm not.
