The series will basically be telling the story of how the railways shaped Britain. Michael Portillo will be travelling through Blackpool on one of his journeys, and will be visiting the Tower Ballroom. We would love to hear from people who travelled on this train route - the programme is going to air at 6.30pm on BBC 2, so the content and tone will be quite mild!
