Friday night was the launch of Time To Dance, a week long festival of dance as part of Year of Culture.

Vincent and Flavia, Darren and Lilia, from Strictly Come Dancing were there. It was a sell out show.

But, even if you missed that there are other dances going on throughout this week.

Monday - Red Hot Salsa, beginners or expert, 8pm - 11pm, £1 per person
Tuesday - Disney Pop and Street Jazz, 6pm - 8pm, 50p per person per hour
Wednesday - Line Dancing, 7pm - 10pm, FREE
Thursday - Sequence Dancing, 7pm, FREE

If you've ever fancied dancing, why not pop along and give it a go.
