After previous posts you've made on here, worrying more about the civil liberties of those suspected of terrorism, when the length of time they could be held without charge was up for debate, perhaps you should be more careful what you post.

Biggs is a very good comparisson with the Libyan prisoner. His supporters were already preparing to use his Bigg's freedom as some sort of a precedent last weekend. The fact that he luckily didn't kill anyone is neither here nor there. He still had a sentence to serve, and was released because of health issues.

Are we now to see the likes of Peter Sutcliffe, Rose West, and Ian Brady freed if they too are diagnosed with terminal illness?
