When I was working I discovered a scientific fact (Oh, yes, I'm not just a pretty face).
There is a little trip-switch inside the brain of everyone who has to get up around 7 a.m. This means that if you have a bad night, and many of us have from time to time, and you can't sleep or are awake from, say, 2 a.m.,
the minute it gets to 7 o clock the switch trips and you can then sleep "for England".
It's no use arguing with me that this is not correct. I know this from repeated experiments and it has been confirmed by colleagues, friends, relations, neighbours and distant acquaintances, all of whom have bloodshot eyes with bags underneath.
There's not a lot of people know that.
