With people like this about to be let loose on the road, maybe you guys should have a "Street Racing Law" similar to the one we have in Ontario .... if the coppers clock you at 50 km/hr over the limit, they take your car and your licence ... and when you get your licence back, your insurance rates go thro' the roof. And, on a smug self-satified note, because I have never made an insurance claim, the annual insurance on my Caddy is $512.00
... and on my Harley, $632.00
