I post on a Rovers' forum and many of the members share the sentiment of "if town won't support them, why should we help?", something my dad shares a similar view of (he's a Dingle so it's expected). For me, it's about the fans that go - I would be gutted for Stanley fans, as I would be of any other team.
Hopefully there'll be a collection box on Saturday at Ewood. All kudos to the Dingles as well for their efforts. I just wish my club would do the same. I'll be visiting the Crown Ground for the first time in my life on Friday evening with my little brother. It's only £13 - but every little helps.
