This is absolute rubbish. About 60% of NHS expenditure goes on women, mainly because they insist on having brats, living longer and generally receiving treatment which has no place in the NHS such as IVF and stomach stapling to remove the fat they build up from eating junk and doing nowt all day. You only have to visit any GP's waiting room to see that two thirds of those there will be women.

We shall shortly start having to make large cuts in real NHS expenditure; other than chopping bureaucrats and dispensing with clinical targets, we should cut expenditure on women to the save level as men. By my calculations, that should save us a minimum of £20billion a year.
