The story seems to change to meet the present requirements of the club on an almost daily basis.
The above statement is true,inso much as that was what was said at the forum....................however todays statement says something different :-
"Club chairman David O'Neill explained "Whilst we continue with the current fund raising activities I would like to point out and clarify that at
no time has Accrington Stanley Football Club and HMRC had any formal agreement in place to pay its outstanding arrears over a twelve month period, and that the previous regime had only reached agreement to be given time to implement a structured payment scheme"
Therefore, if there was no agreement in place, how the hell can HMRC 'move the goalposts'?..................Makes no sense to me Im afraid!
