Which probably means, that rather than using the extra space to give the victims of this disease better care, the NHs will cut back by 26% on beds required, how on earth is that good for any of us?
After all, smoking isn't the only cause of heart attack, maybe the fat beggars should also be quaking, it won't be long before they get the same sort of treatment.
