Think you may possibly get more results sending them to the new company at LCC responsible for this Claytonender i.e. Lancashire Parking Services. As you will be aware, they have just taken over from Parkwise, and will be keen to show how they can outdo their predecessors. They are responsible for these offences anyway,
not the police.
