There may be one, but I can't find it, so forgive me if I am duplicating.
Assuming there isn't one, why aren't a group of supporters in the Accrington area (it would be difficult to set up from afar), going down the route of setting up an official supporters trust. If Ilyas Khan could be persuaded down that route, so much the better. Money raised could be held by the trust for any rainy day its needed to bail out the club.
The achievements of the supporters trust at Exeter City since the club went into administration at the time the club went out of the Football League are nothing short of miraculous. The supporters trust is now a majority shareholder in the club and continues to raise funds which it lends to the club, putting it in a very powerful position and giving it ultimate control over its board of directors.
