These two articles from the blackpool gazzete explain how a 18 year old teenager Millar Mcleod (now Clayton-lee Taylor Randall) sexually assaulted a 15year old boy & a 27 year old cyclist. Millar Mcleod pleaded guilty to these charges and was given no prison sentance and walked free from court. He was added to the sex offenders register for 7 years & given a 6month suspended sentance for 2 years. Since this has happened he has changed his name to Clayton-Lee Taylor Randall and plans to move to Accrington.

Whilst the court case was pending he forged court & police documents, to fool people that his brother has commited these crimes and given his name. He still has these documents and when he is approached by people and they ask him what has happened, he explains his brother used his name, and shows the documents and people tend to believe him. THESE DOCUMENTS ARE 100% FALSE, as he was witnessed in court by a good friend of mine, pleading guilty to the charges.

Do not be fooled by this sick and twisted person. Who has been left to roam the streets all though being viewed as '"high risk" of re-offending' by the Youth offending team.
