A few issues raised by a barrister I was talking to this evening. What is guaranteed about it? Supposing the event has to be called off? Illness or bad weather? Or staffing or structural problems at the venue immediately before the event? Or an environmental health scare?

This is also true of all the planned events that fall after the winding up date, there only worth to the club is if we survive.
